William Sims Jr.
February 28, 1942 — March 2, 2019
William “Bill” E. Sims Jr. 77 passed peacefully on March 2, 2019 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was a native of Tampa, Florida, graduated from Plant High School and an eighteen-year veteran of the US Air Force.
He is survived by his brother Donald Sims, sister Dorothy Wright, daughter Amanda Sims and his four grandchildren: Joshua Dewrell, Troy Bacon, Trey Bacon and Emily Walker.
He preceded in death by his daughter Caron Walker.
