Arthur Judges Stark, 84, passed away on July 27, 2025, in Cammack Village, Arkansas. Born on November 16, 1940, in Seattle, Washington, he lived a life marked by unwavering faith, deep love for his family, and a passion to fulfill his God-given purpose while inspiring others to do the same.
Arthur was a man of remarkable intellect and drive. Throughout his life, he embraced the roles of entrepreneur, inventor, and researcher with unwavering dedication. His inventive spirit and commitment to discovery left an indelible mark on those who worked alongside him and benefited from his ideas.
Arthur met his Lord and Savior at 19 years of age, after one of his best friends, {to this day}, Bill Bridge, led him to the Lord Jesus Christ, after trying since Arthur was 11 years of age. Throughout his life, he shared his beliefs openly and earnestly whenever the opportunity arose, touching many lives through his testimony and devotion. He often prayed for others and shared with them the love, grace, mercy, and blessings of God. He emphasized the importance of having a vertical relationship with God through Jesus Christ and will forever be remembered for encouraging his family and friends to be led by the Holy Spirit as we walk through this life. He always said, "RECEIVE THE HAND OF JESUS AND WALK WITH HIM DAY AND NIGHT. HE WILL LEAD YOU!"
Arthur’s greatest joy while on earth came from his family and friends. He was predeceased by his father Fred Stark of Winnipeg, Canada; mother, Jean Maxwell Stark of Helena, Montana; sister Joann Stark of Washington; and granddaughter, Lilly Caroline Trudeau of Bothell, Washington.
Arthur is lovingly remembered by his wife, Barbara Stark; his children- Charles Arthur Stark, Jr. (Sandra) of Wenatchee, Washington, Cynthia Stark- Brannen (Ken) of Woodinville, Washington, Jeremy Simmons (Dawn) of Gainesville, Georgia, Shelly Henard (Joe) of Bryant; his cherished grandchildren-Sage, Olive, Mia, Morgan, Cade, and John Arthur; his pastor and church family with Living Truth Church in Mayflower and his countless friends.
Arthur’s legacy will continue through all he loved—each carrying forward a part of his spirit. May Arthur’s life and memory inspire all who knew him to seek a meaningful relationship with Jesus and help lead others to do the same until we are all reunited one day in Heaven for eternity. His motto was “Love People.”
