Billie Jean Armstrong passed away on September 28, 2020. She is survived by her son, William (Bill)(Eddie) Armstrong and four sisters.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and two sisters.
A memorial service will be held at the home of Bill Williams house at later date.
