Billy Cotton

Billy Wayne Cotton, 65 of Little Rock, formerly of Helena and Alix, died November 2, 2012. Survivors include his significant other Margerit Fleischmann, four children: Douglas, James, Crystal and Carl; two brothers, Doyle and Kenneth and five sisters: Ailene, Jimmie Neal, Sue and Sandra. Memorial services will be at a later date.
