Billy Dwayne Davis, 83, of Austin, Arkansas passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018. He was a local artist and will be remembered for his contributions to "The Road to Bethlehem" each year in Lonoke County.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Christine and Earl Davis and sister, Jeaneane Nipper.
