Bobby Dee Sones, II

Bobby Dee Sones II passed away on March 5, 2023. He was born on January 19th, 1951 in Kansas City, Missouri. Bobby joins his sister Danee Price and his mother Glenna Lee Johnson. He is survived by his daughter Dawn Sones (Holmes) and his grandsons Trenton and Ty Holmes, (Aunt) Maxine Hebeler, nephews, cousins, and his beloved canine companion, Knussa.

 

Bob was a long time resident of Yellville, Arkansas. He was an avid pool player, epic story teller and a devoted Raiders fan (we won't hold that against him). Bob served his country in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. Fortunately, he will be spared enduring another presidential election. Bob will be missed for his humor, laughter, and always ending his conversations with "keep smiling, I'll see you on the other side". 

 

Memorial services will be held at Leavenworth National Cemetery 150 Muncie Rd., Leavenworth Kansas 66048 on Friday April 14th at 12:30 p.m.
