Charles Wade Smith, of Mabelvale, born May 20, 1948, passed away on July 30, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Lynn Smith; and one brother, Ronnie Smith.
He is survived by two sons, David Smith and Chuck Smith; three daughters, Mary Reed, Heather Hall, and Michelle Fincher. A Celebration of his Life will be held at the family home. Please contact David at 501.590.6044 for more information.
