Clifford Higgins, 64, of Fort Smith AR died Saturday January 17th, 2026 in Little Rock.

Clifford was born on October 15th, 1961 to late Oma Jean Jamees and AG Higgins of Lamar Arkansas. Clifford is survived by his son Jamie Higgins in Missouri, his siblings, Henritta Scamardo of Fort Smith Arkansas, and CW Higgins (Katrina Higgins) of Hagerville Arkansas. 

Services are to be held at a later date.
