Debra Jean (Pray) Richmond

Debra Pray Richmond, 66, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2026. A Christian, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, Debra lived a life marked by faith, strength, compassion, and an unwavering love for her family.

Born on January 20, 1960, Debra was the daughter of Patricia Jean Bryant Pray and Lorne William Pray Sr. She possessed a vibrant spirit and had an analogy (parable) for a of life’s issues that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life, providing strength, guidance, and comfort throughout her years.

Debra is survived by her husband of 20 years, Eugene Tomasso; her three children, Ashley Johnson (Angela Johnson), Heather Richmond and Bethany Richmond; her grandchildren, James Allen Moss, Luke Johnson, Andrew Johnson, and Leiah Ussery; and her brothers, Loren Pray Jr. and Jerry Lee Pray. She was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia Jean Bryant Pray and Loren William Pray Sr., and her brother, Timothy Allen Pray.

Debra will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. 

Services will be held at the Mayflower Cemetery Friday the 11th day of September 2026 From 09:00 to 1:00.
