June 3, 1945 — April 3, 2026

Hensley, Arkansas

Edna Louise Bumgardner of Hensley, AR went to be with our Lord & Savior on Friday, April 3rd. While we are heartbroken that she is no longer physically with us, we are praising God that she is completely healed, celebrating with our dad, grandma, Aunt Dean, & other family & friends in Heaven. What a beautiful Resurrection celebration she will experience this year & forever more.

Left to cherish her memory & look forward to that glorious day when we meet again are her daughters, Robin Graham (Jay), Lequetta Dyer, Shellie Degler (Bob), step son, Jimmy (Feller) Bumgardner, Jr, step daughters, BJ Davis, & Jeanie Robertson, grandchildren, Ray Lewis, Rodney Lewis (Amber), Heather Dyer, Christopher Swenson, Brad Degler (Classie), Nick Degler, great grandchildren, Braden Lewis, Madalyn Lewis, Hayden Carpenter, Brooklynn Carpenter, Aiden Nalley, Haven Degler, Zoey Lewis, Karter Degler, great-great grandchildren, Imari, Caroline, Dahlia Lewis, nephew, Steve Yarberry (Cindy), niece, Peggy Dunlap (Kenny), nephew, Bo Beegle, niece, Linda Lee, her precious fur babies Kelsey & Punkin’, as well as a host of family & friends. Louise was preceded in death by her first husband, William “Dub” Beegle, second husband, Jimmy Bumgardner, Sr, her parents, Ed & Lillian Barnhart, her mother & father in law, James & Nellie Beegle, her granddaughter. Samantha Dyer, her grandson, Josh Degler, her dear sister & best friend, Irene (Aunt Dean) Yarberry, niece, Libby Herron, niece. Sharon Mankin, her fur babies, Sydney & Lyndsey, her beloved horse, Ginger, and many other siblings, family, & friends.

Louise loved the Lord, she enjoyed reading her Bible, devotionals, listening to gospel songs & watching “her preachers” on tv, hoping to see them live someday. She loved big & nothing gave her more joy than her family. She enjoyed cooking big family meals to share with anyone around & big family gatherings, gardening (threatening anyone helping her by mowing her yard if they accidentally mowed down any of her flowers!), fishing, traveling, bingo, word searches, & yard sales.

Louise will be forever missed but always loved & never forgotten!

A memorial service will be held at a later time.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, the ASPCA, or any charity of your choosing.

We would like to thank the healthcare staff at Baptist Medical Center Little Rock for the loving care & kindness shown to our precious mom, as well as us, over this last difficult year. We’d also like to thank the countless family & friends who checked on her & us often & prayed continually for her!
