Elijah Elmer “Mo” Floyd 71, born on Christmas day 1951 went to his eternal home on December 18th, 2023. Leaving a family that will forever miss him! He is preceded in death by both parents, Exie & Exie Lou Floyd. Four brothers Tom, Manual, Bobby and Don. Three sisters Eleane, Alice and Judy. Just imagine the reunion that had when he arrived.

He is survived by his daughter Bobbie Jo Lewallen of Malvern and son Christopher Floyd of Mississippi.  Grand-daughters Candace Thompson his pride and joy of Malvern Ar. and Anna Howe of Tennessee, one great grandson, whom he adored Kaiden James Chambers as well as one sister May Lou Dale of Truman Arkansas along with multiple nieces and nephews that loved him very much! He was always the one that made them laugh.

Elmer served in the U.S Army 2nd Brigade “The Saints” Company C from 1976 until 1982. Something he was very proud of. He provided for his family in many ways from carpentry, glass work to being a machinic on just about anything. His passion was gun smithing for a time, in which he hand made his daughter a gorgeous .22 rifle for her 16th birthday. He retired due to health issues.

He could sit and talk about our Savior Jesus Christ as long as you wanted. He knew his Bible and how the times are laid out in it. We will miss Pawpaw’s knowledge and the comfort of him being by our sides. Our hearts are truly broken, but are so thankful he is no longer in pain and at peace. The family would like to thank everyone at Hospice home care for the time and care they gave him. They hold a special place in our hearts, and will never be forgotten.
