Francis "Frank" Carl Kremers

Francis “Frank” Carl Kremers, 72, of North Little Rock died on May 1, 2023. He was born in 1951 in Atkins, Arkansas. Frank is predeceased by his wife, Marie (Willard) Kremers, his mother, Clara (Wenger) Kremers, his father, Leonard M. Kremers, and his brother Leonard O. Kremers.

He is survived by his brother, Edwin Kremers, his nieces Suzanna, Barbie, Mary and nephews Joe, Greg, Dave, Philip, several great-nieces and great-nephews, and Marie’s sisters, Lee Willard and Edie (Willard) Christian.

Raised in a small town and on the family farm, Frank learned early on the value of hard work, the importance of praying the rosary daily, actively serving his Church, and being with family. He enjoyed many adventures with his two older brothers and clan of “Wenger” cousins through exploring Crow Mountain, bike riding along the highway, and getting together for watermelon feasts.

Frank often shared stories of coworkers turned life-long friends, office pranks, and lessons learned from his time working at the Ford dealership, the Box Plant, and the Red Cross. He enjoyed equally cherished friendships while serving at church and taking part in scripture studies. 

Frank enjoyed fishing, tinkering in his shed, working a jigsaw puzzle, gardening, watching NASCAR races, serving his church as a Eucharistic Minister, and spending time with scripture. He will be remembered for his gentle soul, quick grin, teasing manner, and deep love for the Catholic faith.

The family is grateful to nephews-in-law, Alan Johnston and Dan Quinn, for the additional support given to Frank during his illness. 

In lieu of flowers, Frank wishes that you honor his memory by donating to one of his favorite charities. He was always fond of the Maryknoll Sisters, Holy Souls Church, and the Monsignor Allen Trust and Development Fund.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 11th at 6:00pm, followed by a rosary at 6:30, at Holy Souls Catholic Church. The funeral Mass will be Friday, May 12th at 11:00am at Holy Souls Catholic Church with interment in the Columbarium following the service.
