James Speakar

James Emanuel Speakar, 71, of Hot Springs passed away Wednesday, February 13th, 2013 to be with his heavenly Father. He was born February 8th, 1942 in Mason City, Iowa to the late Emanuel and Alice Speakar. James was retired from the Liberty School District in Liberty, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Ann Speakar, son, Terry Speakar of Hot Springs, and two brothers, Billy Speakar of Colorado and Monty Speakar of Mason City, Iowa. James is survived by three sons: Jerry, Cary, and Larry Speakar, all of Hot Springs, step-brother: Robert Speakar of Mason City, Iowa, his sister: Deanna Carle of Kansas City, Missouri, three grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, six step-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family. There will be a private family memorial service in Mason City, Iowa at a later date.
