Janice Kay (Vinsant) Hulsey

Janice Kay Hulsey Vinsant, 72, of Hot Springs, formerly of Fort Smith, sadly passed away on September 8, 2023. She was preceded in death by Euna Gist of Brooken Township, Oklahoma and Howard Vinsant of Dora, Arkansas. She left behind her brother, David Vinsant of Little Rock, two sons, Richard Hulsey of Fort Smith, and Mark Hulsey of Little Rock, two grandchildren Cody Hulsey of Searcy, Jordan Hulsey of Little Rock, and one great grandchild. Her grandkids knew her best as Mimi.

Janice graduated from Northside High School in 1969. She followed her family to the Little Rock area where they owned several laundromats in the area. She continued her career at Yellow Freight, AT&T, and National Oilwell Varco. She spent her retired years living on Lake Hamilton spending time with her friends. She enjoyed retired life but she still took time to volunteer and help deliver food to the less fortunate.

She was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She may be gone from this world but will never be forgotten. 

To honor Janice's wishes, there will be no funeral service. I invite you to celebrate her memory in your own ways. We know that she will be with us all in spirit. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
