Jeffrey Stewart Swartz

Jeffrey Swartz of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away at 59 years old on August 19, 2023 after a long battle with cancer. Born on November 19,1963 in Wichita, Kansas, he is preceded in death by his parents - Gerald and Shirley (Tarkington) Swartz, his two brothers, Robert (Bobbob), and Allen Swartz. He is survived by two brothers - Kenneth (Angie) and Jack (Shannon) Swartz. He had four children with Penny Swartz (his first and only love) - two daughters Jennifer and Kimberly (Austin) - and two sons - Jeffrey and David (Katie). He also leaves behind six grandchildren - Ian, Keith, Evan, Kylei, Aaliyah and Charlie and many nephews. He will be missed by his family and many friends because he never met a stranger.
