Roy Woodrow "Woody" Wilson, age 54, died at his family home in Hot Springs, Arkansas, on May 21st, 2013. He is survived by his daughters, Amber Wilson, L.K. Wilson and Meredith Mattingly Aaron; his grandchildren, Haylie Wilson, Aaliyah Hodson and Ethan Michael Mattingly. He leaves behind one brother, Darius Wilson Joyce, and his three sisters, Diana Wilson, Sandy Maloney Tom and Lesa Strange Steve. Woody loved his family dearly, and he was the proud uncle of Cassie, Jennifer and Alex and the great uncle of Austin, Caelyn, Andrew and "jelly bean", the baby-to-be of Alex. He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Louise Wilson, his sister Royce Ann Gathercole, his niece Melissa Wedgeworth and great nephew Christopher. A memorial in celebration of a wonderful life is planned for Sunday, 2:00 p.m., June 2nd at the First Baptist Church in Hot Springs, Arkansas. .
