Kurstain Michelle (Lent) Rittenhouse

Kurstain Michelle Lent departed from us in the early hours of March 3rd in North Little Rock at her father’s home. 

Born April 17th, 1992, to Robert and Consuelo Lent in Washington, DC. She graduated from Dollarway High School after being an avid marching band member playing both the flute and the piccolo. She loved to read books, then watch the movies they made of the books. She loved fishing and hunting; a love started with her Papaw Roger that continued after he was gone. She had a boisterous laugh and loved good jokes with her friends. 

She was preceded in death by her younger brother Bryon Lent, her niece Neveah Swayze, her mother Consuelo Lent, grandmother and grandfather Brenda and Roger Wooten, Grandmother Terri Lent, grandmother and grandfather Charlotte and Dale London, and brother-in-law George Deems. She leaves behind her father Scott Lent and his fiancée Nikki Waters, sisters Jessica Lent and Tiffany Deems, her son Andrew, her grandfather Bill Lent III, and her BFF Aeja Bolls. 

Kurstain was diagnosed with Huntington’s disease at 19 years old. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Huntington’s research.

The family will hold a small private memorial.
