Leslie Kim Norsworthy

Leslie “Kim” Norsworthy, 67, of West Plains, Missouri, passed away on October 24, 2025.

Born on August 14, 1958, Kim was known for her independent spirit, quick wit, and a touch of stubbornness that made her who she was. She recently retired from the Missouri Department of Transportation after a long and dedicated career.

Kim had a big heart and a home full of love — especially for her pets, who she considered her children. She adored her great nieces and nephews and loved them as if they were her own grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoyed quilting (and often collecting fabric and planning her next project even more), and she never passed up the fun of playing the lottery.

She is survived by her mother, Ruth Ann Norsworthy; her sister, Rebecca Ann Maza and husband Robert Anthony (Tony) Maza; nephews Robert Andrew (Drew) Maza and Josh Maza and wife Mary Claire; and four great nieces and nephews; Layla, Reece, Emerson, and Isaac Maza.

Kim will be deeply missed for her humor, independence, and the love she so freely gave to her family and furry companions.

A small private memorial service will be held at end of month.
