Linda Easterly

d. September 5, 2012

Linda Lou Easterly, age 59, of Little Rock fell asleep with the Angels one last time on Wednesday, September 5th, 2012. Linda was a loving mother, grandmother and wife. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Lou Jones and William E. Nolan, and her brother Ricky Nolan. Linda loved waterskiing and anything to do with the lake. She recently began making some fantastic jewelry, some of which has made its way to a couple of ladies in Canada. Before her passing she made sun-catchers for the children at Baptist Hospital as a thank you for the care the workers provided to her the first time she was hospitalized. Linda was an avid believer of the power of small businesses. She lived her life for the Now and enjoyed each day to the fullest. She will be missed by all that knew her. Linda leaves to cherish her memory, husband of 39 years, Michael E. Easterly, her son Eric C. Easterly, a daughter-in-law Cynthia G. Easterly and four grandchildren: Elliot Easterly, Juniper Easterly, Lora Gallegos, and Zane Burris. We can’t forget her Pomeranian Ele and many other extended family and friends. The Easterly family would like to thank the people and staff of Ar. Hospice-St. Vincent for making Linda’s final days in this life pain free and providing her plenty of smiles and laughs. A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers Linda requested that you perform a random act of kindness for someone. No matter how big or how small, show someone you care for their being.
