Lucille Boswell

Lucille Kennedy Boswell, 89, of Maumelle, AR. formerly of Metairie, LA.. went to be with the Lord on July 4, 2012. Pre-deceased by her husband, J.D. Boswell of Metairie, son, Jim Boswell of Lavaca, Ar and daughter, Judy McClain, of Duncan, OK. She is survived by daughter, Bonnie Wood of Maumelle, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Lucille was a wonderful mother and a gracious lady. She was very active in her church in Metairie serving as President of her Sunday School class for many years. She also volunteered for years at East Jefferson Hospital in Metairie. After hurricaine Katrina, she moved to Maumelle to be closer to family. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her and being her friend Lucille was one of eight children born to Callie Hutcheson Kennedy and Edward Pace Kennedy of Stamps, Ar. A memorial service will be held in her honor 3:00 p.m. Sunday, Aug.5th, at A O Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, Ar.
