Mary Wiberg

Mary Vollman Wiberg, 90, passed away July 6th, 2012 surrounded by her family at Hospice Home Care. With her "gift of gab", she brightened the lives of everyone she met. Her grandchildren will always remember going to the beach with Nana at St. Simon’s Island, a place she loved. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. She was born Dec. 11, 1921, St. Paul Minnesota, daughter of Edward Francis Wells of Minneapolis and Ivy May Edgeley of London, England. Preceding her in death were her parents, brother Edgeley Wells, sister Ivy Cecilia Tucker. She is survived by her son Edward George Vollman Colleen, her daughter Ivy Anne Pearsall Jimmy, her step-son Don Birch Vollman Mary, her grandchildren Amy, Julia, and Brian Vollman, Michael and Stefanie Harrison, and her life-long friends Sue Goggans Tupelo, Jean Hooper, and Betty Gray Little Rock. The family wishes to express thanks to all her caregivers, especially Cliff, who brightened her days with his gentle and compassionate care. A Memorial Service will be held July 16th, 10 am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 1321 South Van Buren Street, Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church.
