Paula Denise Belknap-Hill

Dec 18, 1964 — Sep 27, 2026

Arkadelphia, Arkansas

Paula Denise Belknap-Hill, of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on September 27, 2026 leaving behind a lifetime of love, memories, and people whose lives were forever touched by her presence.

Paula was a loving, caring, and outspoken woman who was never afraid to speak her mind. She had a heart for the people and things she loved, and those who knew her will remember the warmth, strength, and individuality that made her who she was.

Paula was a member of Arkadelphia Church of Christ, where her Christian faith was an important part of her life. She loved attending church and sharing in fellowship with others.

She found joy in many things throughout her life. Paula volunteered with the humane society, loved planning parties, baking, gardening, sunflowers (or as she called them “God’s sunshine on a stem”), drinking coffee, and was an avid reader. She had a special love for animals and leaves behind her two beloved fur babies, Kai Moon and Crystal Sue.

Paula had O-negative blood, and she believed in helping others. Whenever she was able, she donated blood in hopes of saving the lives of others. Her willingness to give such a precious gift was a beautiful reflection of the caring heart she carried throughout her life.

Paula is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Starling; her father, Dale McDaniel; her stepfather, Bob Starling; and two beloved grandchildren.

She is survived by her brother, Rex McDaniel and his wife, Lylia; her daughters, Gracelyn "Roses" Hill, Desiree Belknap, Kimberley McGee and her husband, Tristian, Brittney Shirley, and Anna Flournoy; and her grandchildren, Aiden Belknap, Onyx Rowan, Silas Rowan, Luke McGee, Layla Shirley, and Jonathan Harris.

Her family finds comfort in the promise of the following Scripture:

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith."— 2 Timothy 4:7

She loved to quote Matthew 17:20 “Have the faith of a mustard seed”.

Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. Dadi, Arkansas Hospice, Kurt Jones, and Michael Hill. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Details regarding the service will be announced by the family.

Paula will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
