Rhoda Florine Haney, 67, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017. She was born to the late Bill Haney and Doris Buck-Davis on October 16, 1950.
Rhoda was the oldest of four children. She is preceded in death by one brother, Tommy Taylor.
She leaves behind three children, Franklin Daniel Hale, Jr. (Tammy), Frankie Hale, and Phebe Hale; two brothers Paul Taylor and Ronnie Taylor; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Arkansas Cremation Chapel, 6400 Mabelvale Pike, Little Rock at 2:00 P.M.
