Roger Shirley

Roger Dale Shirley, age 61, of Greenbrier, Arkansas previously of North Little Rock, passed away April 28, 2012. He was born August 9, 1950, in Little Rock to Paul and Edna Shirley. He was a wonderful Dad, PawPaw, Brother and Uncle. He was an avid hunter. Roger served in the U.S. Army. He was the owner of Greenbrier Feed and Hardware, where he never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his father and mother. Survivors include his daughters, Kailey and Chelsey, of Greenbrier, one grandson, Caleb Braxton, sister, Connie Worden Jim, brothers: Ronald Chuckie, Rick Linda, and Anthony Sue, ten nephews, two nieces, numerous other loving family members and a very special friend and mother of his children, Glendora. A celebration of Roger’s life will be held Saturday, May 5th at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Assembly of God, 7311 West Republican Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas.
