Ronald Cox

Ronald Douglas Cox, 87, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock.

Ron was born December 15, 1932 in Pelly, Texas, the son of John Searcy Cox and Fannie Octevine Davis Cox. He was a resident of the Arkansas State Veterans Home at North Little Rock for the last year and a half, formerly of Little Rock. He was a veteran of the United States Army and then had long career in the oil and gas industry. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He was a loving supporter to his family and friends and will be dearly missed.

Ron was preceded in death by his wife, Addie Jean Heerssen Cox and his daughter Lisa Ann Cox. He is survived by his daughters, Leslie Alison and Laura Elizabeth Cox, grandson Brian Douglas Simon and numerous nieces and nephews.
