Sharon Springer Harper

Sherry Springer Harper, age 80, of North Little Rock, passed peacefully on February 21, 2026. Born on October 17, 1945, Born and raised in North Little Rock, Sherry carried her love for her hometown wherever life took her.

After spending forty years in Texas she retired from Bank of America and returned “home” to North Little Rock. One of her greatest achievements was her ability to maintain deep and lasting relationships throughout her life. She treasured her lifelong circle of childhood friends, an extraordinary group who shared decades of memories, laughter, and unwavering support. Her friendships were a testament to her steady presence, kind spirit, and genuine love for others.

She was preceded in death by her father, William A. Springer; her mother, Margaret Pounders Springer; and her brother, Donald K. Springer.

Sherry leaves behind a legacy of love in her family: her son, Matthew T. Harper; her daughter, Holly Harper Davis; and her beloved granddaughters, Kaitlyn H. Davis and Lauren A. Davis, who brought immense joy and pride to her life. She was a devoted mother and grandmother whose encouragement, humor, and steady guidance will live on in those who knew and loved her.

A Gathering of Friends will be held Saturday, February 28th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Lakewood Property Owners Association, 4500 Lakeshore Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72116.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Operation Kindness Humane Society, 3201 Earhart Drive, Carrollton, Texas 75006.
