Stephen Fornal

Mr. Stephen Douglas Fornal, 55, of Hope, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 17, 2012 at Sparks Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Fornal was born on November 8, 1957 in Takoma Park, Maryland to Joseph V. Fornal and Myrtle Cordwell Fornal. He was an Auto Mechanic and a Seventh Day Adventist. He is preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother, Myrtle Fornal Patterson of Hope, brothers: T. Scot Fornal of Texarkana, Texas, Bradley K Fornal and wife Martha of Keene, Texas, Jimmy Patterson Jr. of Mendenhall, Mississippi.; sisters Cherie Lynn Fornal Jones and husband Mike of Sasche, Texas, Michelle Patterson Casaus and husband Teddy of Pearl, Mississippi; nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and many other extended family members and friends. A Memorial Service for Mr. Fornal will be held 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 5th, at the Texarkana Seventh Day Adventist Church 3100 Pleasant Grove Road, Texarkana, Texas.
