Timothy Wayne Brown

Timothy Wayne Brown, born 9-1-1954 in Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away 1-28-2024. Tim attended Mabelvale Elementary prior to his family moving to Shreveport, LA where he graduated from Fair Park High School. He attended the University of Houston in Houston, TX, but left college to become a real estate broker and developer and opened his first company, the Heart of Texas Realty. Tim returned to Arkansas and created Riverbend Tree Farm. He and his brother Joel wrote a song together titled “God is Love”. Tim used this song title to name his various ministries “God is Love Food Ministry” and “God is Love Prison Ministry” and various other ministries. His ministry affected the lives of many people in a positive and spiritual way. He reached out to help others when he could, even when he knew his health was failing.
Tim loved his family, especially his children. He loved music. He sang and played his guitar often.
He enjoyed the outdoors, water sports and growing a variety of plants and trees.
Preceded in death by his daughter Kelly LeeAnn Brown, his parents Leroy Brown and Mary Elizabeth Hewgley Brown, brother Daniel L. Brown. Survived by his children Bailey Brown, Janice (Charlie) Brown, Miles (Cyanne) Kelly, Travis Kelly, ex-wife Lou Ann Kelly Elliott, brother Joel (Sheila) Brown, sister Lori Brown Gasaway,  grandsons Jackson, Jacob and Legend Savage, additional grandchildren, the children of Miles and Cyanne Kelly and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 pm, March 16, 2024 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 8700 N. Rodney Parham Rd., Little Rock, AR 72205.
