Todd Lee Barker

Todd Lee Barker, 64, of Jerusalem, Arkansas, passed away on August 10, 2026. He was born on November 16, 1961, in Garden City, Kansas, and later made his home in Leoti, Kansas, for many years before relocating to Jerusalem, Arkansas, in 2020, where he spent his remaining years.

Todd proudly served the community of Leoti as City Superintendent for 24 years, a role he approached with dedication and pride. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, golf, and watching NASCAR, but his greatest joy came from spending time with his grandchildren, who held a special place in his heart.

Todd was preceded in death by his parents, Rex and Janice (McLeish) Barker, and his brother, Mitchel Dean Barker.

He is survived by his beloved partner, JanetLyn Ketcherside; his son, Dustin Dean Barker; his son, Dustin Michael Ketcherside; his daughter, Kimberly Maryann Taylor (Billy Taylor); his son, Curtis James Pierce (Sarah); and his son, Jeffery Alan Pierce (Alicia). He was also blessed with eleven grandchildren — eight granddaughters and three grandsons — who brought him great joy. Todd is also survived by his sister, Monica Barker (Kevin Campbell), of Lakin, Kansas; his sister, Rebecca Barker (Jeff Berning), of Garden City, Kansas; and his brother, Rod Barker (Laura), of Tipton, Kansas.

Todd will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
