Toni Lynn (Tyler) Cobb

Toni Lynn Cobb, 62, gained her wings on Monday, August 24, 2026. She was born to Saundra Vosburg and Tommy Tyler on August 24, 1964, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

An avid fan of Rascal Flatts and General Hospital, Toni wore many hats and served her community in many ways, including serving as Alderman of Shannon Hills for two years. But her two proudest titles were wife and mother.

She leaves behind many who loved her dearly: her husband, Ruben Cobb; her son, Hayden Cobb, and his wife, Mandy; her father, Tommy Tyler; her stepfather, Dickie Vosburg; her sister, Shelly Smith, and her husband, Tim; her niece, Piper Smith, and her fiancé, Jackson Petty; her nephew, Noah Smith; her aunts, Pat Smee and her husband, Larry, and Kay Fisher and her husband, Keith; her cousins, Cory Holt and Taylor Sierocuk and her husband, Kyle; and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Saundra; her grandparents Glenn and Myrtle Winkle and Herschel and Lucille Tyler.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at Mabelvale Methodist Church, located at 10500 Woodman St., Mabelvale, Arkansas. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m.

Toni will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
