Victoria Eve Brown

Victoria "Torrie" Eve Brown was born on October 2, 1948 and departed this world on August 1, 2026.

Originally from upstate NY, she is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Brown and one son, Wales Brown. She is survived by her daughter, Shanna Gonzalez of Pearcy Arkansas and her son, Jesse Nalley of Victorville California, her sister and brother-in-law, Harry and Candida Bartik of upstate New York, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one niece and five nephews.

Torrie had a career in business admin with most work in aviation and physician offices. After becoming disabled 35 yrs ago due to a genetic neuromuscular disease, Torrie founded NAOTD (National Alliance of the Disabled) fighting for rights and laws of people with disabilities. She was an avid reader and writer of several short stories and one unpublished book on Vietnam. Most days you could find Torrie in her garden or feeding the forest critters. Torrie was also a rigid political follower and supporter. She is missed.
