Virginia Belle Moffatt, 77, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, August 3, 2012. She was born February 1, 1935 in Waynesboro, Tennessee, the daughter of the late David Neil Lee and Annabelle Burks Lee. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward David Moffatt, daughter, Jaqueline Kae Klino, and son, Mark Douglas Ray. Virginia was a phenomenal woman and survivor. She touched the lives of everyone she met with her spunky spirit and zest for life. No one could love their grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than "Grandma Jinner." She is survived by her daughter, Diana Renee Vance Moore of Hattiesburg, MS; three stepdaughters, Pam Jim Barbknecht, Cyndi Jim Scorsch and Roberta Ron George; two stepsons, David Moffatt and Ed Moffatt fianc+e, Marty; five grandchildren, Jasmine, Monica, Jarrick, Mitchell and Shelby; 13 step grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and twenty step great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 6th, 2012 at Fellowship North Church, 1 East 52nd Place, North Little Rock, AR. Memorials may be made to: Susan G.
