Andrew was truly one of a kind! He was able to light up any room he walked in. He had the heart of a hundred. men. No matter what Andrew had going on he was always willing to help his fellow man and make sure they made it through whatever it was they were dealing with.  Andrew made work enjoyable and gave me a sense of pride, and accomplishment when I left the building. His sense of humor and quick whit was one of a kind. Andrew possessed a servants heart and spirit. Galatians 6:2 describes what Andrew did on a daily basis with those around him.
"Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."
Andrew quickly become one of my favorites, his smile, his personality, and just his overall demeanor could easily make a bad or tough day a good day. I had the joy of knowing Andrew for approximately two years throughout those two years I learned a lot about myself thanks to him. Andrew buddy thank you for shining some light in my life, I will always remember those times.  I am sure you heard these words as you transitioned, "ell done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’  Andrew thank you and I'll see you on the other side buddy.

I was lucky enough to have gotten to know Andrew pretty well. I worked with him almost daily during my time employed with Birch. Andrew was intelligent, thoughtful, fun, snarky, quick-witted, and strong in his beliefs. Andrew was a leader among his peers. He had high expectations for himself & everyone around him. Andrew was generous. He was helpful. He had a servant’s heart. Andrew and I quickly acquainted through our shared faith in Jesus, whose arms I pray Andrew rests in eternally. Andrew was outspoken. He stood up boldly for what he believed in, and spoke up when he felt that something wasn’t right. When I got the news of his passing, my heart shattered and I broke down sobbing. Andrew was easily one of the strongest people I have ever met & probably always will be, no matter how many new people i meet throughout life. We had a good day when I drove him to Conway to pick up some of his personal belongings. We had lunch at steak & shake, talked about life, listened to & sang fun songs, and just enjoyed a day out with different scenery. Andrew was a friend. I’m honored to have known him & I will miss him dearly. Praying for comfort and peace for his family and friends. With love, Mikayla Armstrong
