Paula Fortner

Paula Denise (Ryan) Fortner, age 59, of North Little Rock, passed away on December 27th, 2021, at Baptist Hospital. Paula was born in Santa Ana, CA to the late Earl Wayne Dale Ryan and Peggy Ann (Eaves) Ryan on March 17th, 1962. She lived most of her life in North Little Rock, AR and was a Cosmetologist for 20+ years.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her grandmother, Pauline (Wherry) Eaves; her husband, Gregory Fortner; and her Godfather, Willie Lloyd Wickliffe.

Paula is survived by her children, April Marie Wise and Christopher David Denny; her Step-Mother and dear friend, Dorothy Allison Ryan; her brothers and sister, Darin Ryan, James Bryan Ryan, and Rhonda Funderbert; her Godmother, Bea Wickliffe; the Wickliffe family; and her life-long friend Marjorie Ann McDaniel, who was always just a phone call away.
