Bobby Vallun, Jr.

Bobby Joe Vallun Jr. left us join his Lord and Savior in heaven on May 28, 2022, while surrounded by his family. Bobby was born on May 4,1987 in West Helena, Arkansas to Bobby Joe Vallun, Sr. and Barbara Gail Vallun (Finley). He grew up in Grapevine, AR and graduated from Sheridan High School in 2005.

After high school, Bobby went into the job market as a cook, where he earned a great reputation as a reliable and diligent worker. He showed up early, went home late, and never left a job incomplete or a customer dissatisfied.

In addition to his work life, Bobby enjoyed the outdoors as an avid fisherman and hunter. When he was not in the wilderness, Bobby was usually tinkering in the shop as a self-proclaimed gearhead and mechanic. A little known fact, Bobby loved singing along to his favorite country and rock albums while partaking in his many hobbies, and he actually had quite the voice!

Bobby was a loving son, brother, and friend. He may not have been the most extroverted person in the room, but if you were lucky enough to call him a friend or family member, then you always had his support. He was only a phone call away to most.

Bobby is survived by his mother, Barbara Vallun of Grapevine, AR; his brother, Bret Vallun of Hot Springs, AR; Grandmother Joyce Bevel ofWest Helena, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends that he viewed as siblings. Bobby was preceded in death by his grandparents, Boyce and Sally Vallun, William Ray Finley, and his father, Bobby Joe Vallun, Sr. Bobby elected to be cremated, so the family will host a celebration of his life at a later date that will be shared with family and friends.
