John William "Jack" Koch Jr. died unexpectedly in Springhill Baptist Hospital on October 20, 2016 in North Little Rock Arkansas at the age of 73 years.
Jack is survived by his sister, Ann Koch Friday of Prescott, Arizona and two nieces, Shelley Leigh Smith of Little Rock, Arkansas and Marcy Ann Smith of Little Rock, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, John William Koch Sr and Anita Donaldson Koch of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Jack was born on January 5th, 1943. Jack loved the country life and lived in Culler, Arkansas for the past two decades. He enjoyed gardening, working on engines and always had a laugh or a smile. Known as "Paperman", Jack worked tirelessly for decades to ensure that his customers always got their newspapers on time.
His cremains will be interred in Mt. Holly Cemetery, 1200 S. Broadway Street, Little Rock, Arkansas in the Koch family plot with his parents on November 18th, 2016 at 1pm.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to DogsOnly.org, a 503c nonprofit dog rescue founded by his niece, Shelley Leigh Smith.
