Lou New, of Maumelle, Arkansas died February 16, 2021. Lou was born in Quitman, Arkansas to Charley and Isolene New. She graduated from Jacksonville High School and attended UALR.
Lou and her sister, Nell Cossey, now deceased, and Caroline Cossey, her niece, owned and operated PINKY PUNKY BOUTIQUE for thirty-four years.
Lou is survived by one sister, Joy Squires of Jerusalem and nineteen nieces and nephews.
