Liz was born in Farrell, Pennsylvania to William “Bill” and Karen “Sue” Gilmore in 1969. She had one older brother, William Jr. “Billy” Gilmore. The family moved to Arkansas when Liz was a young child, and she lived here the remainder of her life....
